You can also take another fabric and make the nubs from it, the only important thing is that the nubs are HARD and thus create a massage effect on the skin.

I am looking for a company that can produce acupressure mats in Turkey. We currently have a Chinese supplier and want to change to European production. We can send samples of the product and also we can deliver the plastic spikes for mass production from China. The fabric and the foam should be from Turkey and preferably in very high quality (biological, sustainable for good marketing arguments). Also memory foam might be an option as no mat has this currently. The fabric should be able to be produced in a specific Pantone color code. The spikes need to be hot glued to the fabric with around 220 degree celsius for around 10 seconds. For this you would need to build a wooden template. We can send spikes to testing this. We are looking for bigger quantities around 500-1000 mats in the future. A first order can be >1000 mats after positive sample production.
