Wool Fabrics for suits buying inquiry from Romania

Please tell me if you keep fabrics on stock and if you can provide those two fabrics- see the specifications attached.
We also need a price, delivery time and terms .
One more detail:
The fabric must fulfill only the weight (+/-5%), composition (+/-10%) and colour which is a very dark blue navy- very close to black.
