Wood grinder machine buy inquiry from Israel

I am looking to buy wood grinder machine (mill) with this technical requirements:
• The mill shall be kds type
• The mill shall pulverize wood chips producing sawdust-like pulverized wood at a minimal rate of 2.5 ton/h.
• The mill shall grind the wood chips sawdust size 200-500 microns at 80% of the output ,the rest shall be sized 200-500 micron.
