Women dress

I need to find a women dress textile factory in order to produce my custom designs. I
prefer the manufacturer to be in istanbul. He should also be willing, able of producing my
custom designs, with reasonable pricing, with my tag and sign a contract with me that he
will by no way copy my desgigns and reproduce them. Waiting for your reply
