Women clothes private label

I am looking for a manufacturer who could produce women clothes from my personal sketches into pattern making and total production. it"s not for bulk production as i will be selling through a website so preferrable someone who could deal with small orders with special wishes. the website is still under construction as i am planning to launch the collection in q1 2014
