Wire rod in coils

We need to buy wire rod in coils (500 Tons min.)with the following Specification:
hot rolled wire rod for cold drawing with diameter of 5.5 or 6 mm
Chemical Specification : C = 0.1 % max , Mn = 0.4 : 0.6 % , S = 0.02 % max.
P = 0.02 % max , Si = % max.,Al = 0.03 % max
Mecanical Specification :
Tensile Strength 350 : 550 N/mm2
Yield Strength 250 : 300 N/mm2
Elongation ( L = 5d ) 30 % min
The surface of the wire must be free of any defects , dirt , grease ,corrosion and slips
