1. The water flow measuring device must meet the following requirements and must have the following components:

* - Propeller with measuring range: 0.025 m / s - 5 m / s or better. Material: aluminum or steel (2 units).
* - Propeller with measuring range: 0.055 m / s - 10 m / s or better. Material: aluminum or steel (2 units).
