Want to set up edible oil refinery Bangladesh

We are consultant firm engaged in Bangladesh. We are mostly working with Norwegian technologies of RAS systems, Water disinfectant technology from Germany, schifly embroidery systems from Switzerland. Recently we have got request from one of our clients who is willing to establish EDIBLE OIL REFINERY in Bangladesh. I'm writing to know if there is any scope to work together by providing turn key solution to our customers?
