Walnut - Long term contract purchase of walnut in shell

we are requiring a Turkish company capable to supply walnut in shell. Our annual demand amounts to 400 MT. We are ready to sign one year contract. A first quantity of 10 MT can be purchased to be a sample supply. The company should quote us:
- net-price CIF Ukrainian port
- Terms of Payment
- Delivery time
In general this business is aiming at a long term deal.
It might be possible to buy the quantity shipped in a 20" sea container.
