Vacuum Pump for university lab

We need Vacuum Pump that makes 0.01 to 0.05 millibar (1 to 5 Pascals) vacuum for our lab in Turkey and also Vacuum gauge to measure and be sure that how much vacuum is in the chamber that we are making vacuum and is there any leakage or not/
