My name is *********** , and my company ( *********** , USA) is sourcing pistons for Mercedes-Benz OM642 3.0L V6 diesel and OM647 engines.
We are interested in both STD and oversize options (.50 mm, .75 mm, 1.00 mm), with piston rings supplied or matched recommendations.
Our request:
1. Please confirm your capability to manufacture to our specifications (casting, machining, coatings).
2. Provide MOQ, tooling cost, and lead time for samples and first production.
