1- Secure ways for fixation without C-Arm by 5 ways 3 in the upper part of the bon & 2 in lower part of the fractured bone .
way by lower transverse locking screw in the lower part of thwe may be need a 6 -2the fractured bone under C-Arm control in a very rare situation.
