United Kingdom need Hanging tag with metal clip

We are looking for a manufacturer of a plain buff colour hanging tag with a metal clip that can be easily squeezed, to seal a bag.
The hole needs to be reinforced. Size is 40 x 85mm. Volume 500,000 units per order.
