UAE import company requests: winch part

I would like to inquire whether you have a team in the UAE who can provide services for your products.

We are currently seeking immediate assistance with the following requirements:

Winch Brake System: We need to inquire about the functionality of the Winch Brake System/Speed Governor that has been previously installed for our project. (Capacity of Winch - 13 Tons installed at 30m high from the ground.)

Overload Limit Switch Installation: In addition to the winch brake system, we require overload limit switches to be installed to enhance safety measures. (Maximum Load - 4.2 tons Dead weight + 1.5 Tons live load = 5.7 Tons total.)

Cable Rope Replacement: We also need to replace the existing cable rope with one that meets the necessary standards for our operations (6x36 IWRC ropes – Qty 2 nos of approximately 140 LM each).

Emergency Manual Rescue: We need to work on this. When the cabin gets stuck due to a power failure, the personnel inside the cabin need to be evacuated to the nearest level. We require a mechanical component that can act as an Emergency Manual Rescue system.
