Turkish company request: milk based food
I'm currently working on a milk-based functional food product that can be consumed by the spoon. Ingredient functionality, nutritional balance, and user experience are among the key priorities in product development.
In this regard, I'm looking for a collaboration that will support me with formulation development, functional ingredient integration, stability, and, if necessary, the creation of flavor/sensory structures. Once the development process is complete, I can also provide support for contract manufacturing of the product.
