For workplaces with less than 50 employees and in the Low Hazard class, the obligation to receive occupational safety specialist and occupational physician services has started as of 01.01.2025.

Penal Sanctions According to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 of 2025
1. Not Assigning an Occupational Safety Specialist
• In workplaces with less than 10 employees (low hazard): 88,663 TL
• In workplaces with 10-49 employees (low hazard): 88,663 TL
If the violation continues, the same penalty will be applied every month.

2. Not Assigning an Occupational Physician
• In workplaces with less than 10 employees (low hazard): 88,663 TL
• In workplaces with 10-49 employees (low hazard): 88,663 TL
