Turkish Ceramics / ceramic bowls, plates and mugs

I have seen many ceramic bowls, plates and mugs here in Istanbul which I am told are hand painted in Turkey. Different retailers tell me different things regarding where in Turkey these are manufactured. I would like to be put in touch with the manufacturer for bulk wholesale prices and a catalogue.
