Truck Parts

I own foden tipper truck s108 model. i am in need of its parts from suspension shocks, tie rodents etc.
i also own a ford iveco 170e15 truck. i am inneed of many parts of it. it is an old model.
therefore i am facing challenges to get the parts here.
i live in zimbabwe, africa.
how do i go about it to overcome the challenges am facing.
