TRNC distributor seeks Wooden Utility Pole

I am writing to request a price quotation for creosote-impregnated wooden utility poles as part of a tender we are preparing.

We are considering your company among the suppliers of high-quality impregnated wood poles.

Tender Requirements Summary:

* Quantity: 3,600 poles in total
* Technical Specifications:

* 3,000 poles × 9m Medium Load poles (140mm top / 215mm bottom diameter)
* 500 poles × 11m Medium Load poles (140mm top / 250mm bottom diameter)
* 100 poles × 16m Heavy Load poles (190mm top / 330mm bottom diameter)
* Wood Type: Pinus Sylvestris (Scots Pine) or Red Pine
* Treatment: Creosote Grade B impregnation according to EN 14229 / BS 1990 standard
* Creosote Absorption Rate: 110-115 kg/m³
* Standard Compliance: BS 1990 Part 1, EN 13991, TS EN 14229, DT-5C, A6
* Required Certificates: ISO 9001
* Delivery: Within 3 months of order confirmation
