Our company is founded in Denizli, which is famous for high quality of towels and bathrobes all around the world, in 1996.The company is located on a land of 6300 sqm area that is involving 5700 sqm covered area, 600 sqm open area. In 2022, the second factory had been built up on 13.500 sqm area. Main processes are sizing & warping, weaving, confection (cutting, sewing, packing). For sizing & warping process: There are 2 serial and 1 conical sizing machines and one warping machine. The warping capacity is 2.500.000 mt.For weaving process: We have 2 weaving departments: Towel and Flat Sheet Weaving:-Towel weaving capacity: 4 dobby and 14 jacquard weaving looms are available. The terry toweling capacity is 135.000 kgs per month.-Flat sheet weaving capacity: There are 18 air jet weaving looms (340 cm width) and 6 rapier looms (360 cm width). The total capacity for 260.000 mt for 155-160 cm fabric width.In terms of confection capacity: 40.000 bathrobes and 120.000 towels are produced monthly.
