Tights, hoisery import inquiry from United Kingdom

I am looking to design some tights (hoisery) with mixed materials, although most of the tights would be of silk/nylon as a normal pair of tights.
The other material would appear on the foot only.
I need to get some samples made and was wondering whether you accept new design orders, and costs/times involved.
I would welcome a conversation on this.
