T shirt import inquiry Netherlands

I want to produce my t-shirt collection with printed front and back for my upcoming brand and i was wondering what it would cost and what the minimal order amount is. I have asked around and the pricing seems to be between 10 to 12 euros per piece. Is there a way with you guys that this could be reduced a bit?
