Sweden fashion company required private label clothing

Hey,
We are a fashion online store in Sweden and we need to produce some items.
We wonder how you use to work and how long time it takes to produce a new collection.
Do we need to come to Turkey or we can just send you all the items photos and choose the colours etc..?
