Suits import request from Canada

Hello, im starting customer made suits business here in Canada. will you be able to make suits for me based on the measurements I provided after measuring the customers? Also, do you have a fabric sample catalog? please provide the basic cost of suits too. I will be ordering at least 5-10 suits each month to start with.
