Steel tube import inquiry China

We are a french trading company. I'm C*****, purchasing manager based in China. We are finding a steel tube supplier.
Here is a brief description of the tube
Tube Length: 3m with notch
Outer Diameter: 876 mm
Thickness: 10 mm
Material: Steel
The tubes will be used to create a permanent casing at the head of the pile. There are no structural requirements other than their installation, hence the 10mm thickness.
You will find the dimensions of these cuts in Notch detail as well.
