Steel Bridge Girders

We have 3 bridges to build in dominica requiring steel girders, fabricated and galvanized. fabrication shall include welded shear studs 12mm x 100mm or 100 x 40 welded channel, plus all drilling, nuts and bolts, etc, for assembly in dominica. preliminary girder size is ub914 x 419 x 343kg/m and bracing ub430 x 102 x 64 kg/m. beam total lengths vary from 18m to 21m with one splice so it can be shipped on a 40ft flat rack. design to bs ha loading or aashto hs20-44 loading or chinese equivalent
