Spray dryer to produce fat filled instant milk powder

we want to make/produce fat filled milk powder through two ways :
1. we will use smp and coconut fat to recombine the milk mix with water. then we want to process through homogenizer and pasteurizer. after that we will dry through spray dryer & make it instant with instantizer.
