Spanish company looking to buy PMMA acrylic tubes

We are going to build a new plant in Izmit, Turkey, that is why I contact you.
We are looking for a supplier which can produce extrude PMMA (acrylic) tubes:
Transparent tubes with OD 400 mm, 5mm thickness and a length of 8m.
Transparent tubes with OD 300 mm, 3mm thickness and a length of 8m.
The quantity we need in a first step will be between 3000 and 4000 units for each tube, that mean a total between 6000 and 8000 units.
I am aslo looking for:
- Suppliers which can produce and mechanize
