South Africa company imports Broken biscuits

Dear sir
I am a wholesaler and distributor from South Africa.
I am looking to purchase bulk broken biscuits (creams and wafers).
By this I mean biscuits that break during your production process that are no longer suitable for retail packaging but still good enough to eat.
Much of the population in South Africa is poor and there is a market for these broken biscuits.
