Solid fuel boiler and electric boiler - to buy - India

i am using Baymak 232 Kw 200000kacl/h oil fired boiler. Now I want to replace it with a solid fuel or electric boiler of the same capacity keeping in view the cost efficiency. Please advice for alternatives and cost
