Soap Rack buy request France

We are a French soap manufacturer and we're looking for a metal maker to design us a rack soap with the following requirement (see attached file for the product drawing and pictures of one of our competitor). We would need two finishing: brass and stainless. I would need 5000 pieces per reference.
