sleeve for baking and roasting bags

I am looking for a sleeve manufacturer of baking and roasting bags of raw material for PET 12 microns.
I am interested in offering the roasting bags with polyethylene.
Do you produce bags with dimensions of 350 mm x 450 mm and 250 mm x 550 mm and sleeve with dimensions 290mm and 360 mm.
