Singapore requested private label women dress

Dear Sir,
I am currently looking for a manufacturer cum designer that can produce my design women dresses with no minimum order per design and private label.
It means I might want to produce one design for 10 pcs and others for 20 pcs, etc. It is just an example not a right quantity to order.
It is quite an exclusive dresses.
In one day, I will send at least 10 different designs to start of. You may contribute your ideas to my design too!
