Shopper Bags buy request Netherlands

We're a promotional reseller from the Netherlands. I'm looking for a reliable supplier who can produce glossy laminated, non woven shopper bags. The size I'm looking for is 45x45x17 cm, including carton for the bottom. The handles are 2,5 x 60 cm and the bags are always printed in full colour.
