Sewing machinery

The ministry give us the land and the authority to work and the more important thing is the market ( that mean they will sign a contract to buy our product for 10 years ) .
Our company will be responsible to build and establish from the zero the civil work for the factory and to supply the machinery and to handle and operate the management and supplying the rue materials .
After 12 years ( 2years to build the factory + 10 years to invest ) the factory with the land will be back to the minist
