Separation of the fruit from the shell

my name is nemanja and my family is owner of farm in serbia. we are running sod production business for 20 years, but last seven years we have established a hazelnut growing farm.
we expect this year to get first serious yield, and we need the help regarding the purchase of equipment for the hazelnut crunch and separation of the fruit from the shell.
