Selling offer for Polypropylene Pellet from United Kingdom

We have stock of polypropelene pellets which are used for production of meltblown fabric and spunbond. We are looking to sell this stock at a lower cost than market price to a turkish manufacturer.
We bought it for our own use but we did not use it
