TWO new complete Chlorination unit at sea water station , Capacity of each Chlorination unit is 23KG/hr. of active Chlorine .

Where the following should be included ,
Transformers , Rectifiers , Control panels , Vertical Electrolytic cells .
New system Control should be suitable to be connected with DCS System .
All Instrumentation & Valves .
All Control Cable & accessories .
Dismantling & Removing of the old system .
Electrolytic Cells should be vertical .

The Existing Chlorination system data as follow ,
Each Unit consist 1 Transformer , 1 Rectifier panel , 1 Control panel & 1 Electrolytic cell ,

The Power Supply is 380 V , 50 Hz m 3Ph. + E
Rated direct current 2500 A , Rated direct voltage 50 V
Auxiliary services 380V AC , Control Voltage 110 V DC .
