Scarf importation request Russia

i am looking for a direct contact with a Turkish manufacturer of quality ladies scarfs (silk, thin wool, kashmere, poliester) which can be sold in Russia via the marketplaces. Need to have the EAC certificate and the authorisation for the trademark use, if apicable.
