Our target product is a long shelf-life, single-packaged croissant in the following sizes: 75g, 85g, and 100g, and a bulk-packaged mini croissant (around 12g, or the maximum size available).
We intend to supply these products to hypermarkets and supermarkets in Egypt, anticipating high demand and mass production.
