Salt Manufacturing Equipments requested Senegal

I am looking for a client a manufacturer for the installation and the equipment of a complete salt factory.

The site will be located in the region of Fatick (Senegal), on a 5 hectares field. Some specificities :

- Capacity : 100 000 tpy and 150 000 tpy

- The proportion of fine, medium and coarse refined salt will be adjustable from those of the raw material

- All salts will be centrifuged and / or dried, depending on their uses.

- Salt for human consumption (fine table salt and medium cooking salt) will be iodized.

- The table salt will be packaged with an anti-caking additive in solid form.

- The combined storage capacity in silos will correspond to approx. 1 hour of production capacity of the

production capacity of the plant.

The product and packaging / bagging of these products are considered in this quotation as follows:

- 25 kg PP or PE bags open assembly of bags for sewing.

- Bags of 300, 700gr and 1 Kgs in automatic form filling and sealing machine from

PE film / roll
