Rubber wrapping on mandrel requested USA

Looking for a company that can wrap NBR and EPDM rubber via extruder onto pipe 3.5 - 7.0 inches OD up to 20 ft long and cure in an autoclave and trim to even final OD if needed. Does anyone have the ability or interested?
