We are interested in buying a tie and knot machine to produce the product in the attachment.
The material used is:
Cord (PP-G 500 Schwarz UV Hart 9kg)_
* The cord is made from polypropylene, 500 m/ kg
* The total length of the cord (untied) is 74 cm
* The loose ends must be well knotted together
* The total length of the cord after knotting is approx. 30 cm as per the attached photo
Ideal Machine:
* Required (ideal) productivity is 15 kgs/ hour
* This means approx. 170 pcs/ minute
