1. The sleeping bag shall be designed to protect persons accommodated in collective protection buildings or outdoor tents from cold, wind, humidity and shall provide the necessary choice of heat protection and provide quality rest in a variety of weather conditions.

2. The sleeping bag shall be rectangular in shape, comprising:

2.1. sleeping bag: 210 ± 10 cm long and 80 ± 5 cm wide;

2.2. case for storing a sleeping bag.
