RFQ for Aluminium Recycling Machinery Nigeria

We hereby inquiry for a complete setup, Aluminum scrap melting line Natural gas-fired furnace, to produce ingots Aluminum Alloy ADC 12, wt. of 6 -9 kg.
We are intending to have a capacity of 12K tons per year.
Kindly suggest furnaces capacity [ two Natural gas-fired two furnaces and swan type conveyor including pollution control system ].
We will appreciate if you could send a comprehensive Machinery list, utilities required for operations.
Request to send proposal with a suitable design, technical specification of the equipment, we look forward to taking it to the next level.
