Regular supplier of acid oil requested - Israel

Dear Sirs,
If you are producing vegetable oils and you are also REFINING the crude oils,
then you may be able to offer our company the Acid Oil which serves as animal feed.
We are the major distributor in Israel and are looking for a regular source, after our USA source stopped exporting.
