Recycled EPS raw material

I represent a big Ukrainian manufacturing and wholesale trading company xxxxxxLtd.
At the moment we are interested in recycled EPS raw material (pellets, granules) for producing inner layer of sandwich panels.
Transparent, milky, white colour. Not flame retardant.
We are ready to buy by 20" containers every month if the quality and price are acceptable.
We are also interested in PS block scrap.
