RCP ( Reinforced concrete pipes ) machine from Turkey

we are 3 partners and we are in process to buildproduce concrete pipe so we are looking for machine can produce reinforced concrete pipes from diameter 300mm up to 1500 mm with a good quality and good out put. please provide the quotation for the machine with the moulds for all sizes also we need a quotation for the welding machine for the steel and for the cement mixer. in general we need to know the cost of the hole equipment needed for that purpose.
