Quotation request for a complete caustic soda plant from Algeria

With two partners we are studying the possibility of launching a plant of Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrogen and Hydrochloric Acid.
I would be grateful if you could send me the installation details of a complete plant with a capacity between 15000 Tn / Y - 30 000Tn / Y and advise us on the land area needed & environemental impact for such project.
