PVC Shrinking Film

My request is rigid PVC shrinking film rolls TD66% (printed with logo and include tear tape)as shown in the attachments without the plastic top(kupak). Expectedly starting as from the beginning of the next year I will need approximately 40 tons. On 2013 it would raise to 70 tons.
